The Old Farmer’s Almanac is predicting a colder than usual winter for Southern British Columbia, with above average precipitation and snowfall for the winter of 2016-2017. The coldest periods will be in early and mid- to late December and mid- to late January, with the snowiest periods in early and mid-December and mid-January.
